Contest Rules:
1) This year we went out to schools in Alameda County, looking for schools
who would commit to sending us one article per week for eight weeks.
At the end of eight weeks, all students from each school that submit articles will vote for a winning entry
from each school.
2) Articles must have a sports theme and go beyond the
scores and highlights of a game.
(EXAMPLES)
3) Articles should demonstrate brain, heart, soul and
technique. In particular, we will be judging subject, composition, style,
and accuracy.
3) Articles should be 350-1000 words in length and should
include 1-3 supporting photos. Photos must be submitted in jpeg
format, fit in a 640x480 pixel grid, and be less than 100K in file size
(each).
